That may be the perceived stereotype of those in the finance industry but surveys suggest more and more of us are keen to use the money to support good causes. You don’t have to be Bill Gates to start a philanthropic journey that can be hugely rewarding. But how do you start that journey?
Start by asking yourself some questions: What are your passions? What inspires you? How involved do you want to be? There are thousands of good causes and it can often seem like a minefield. Start with what strikes a chord with you emotionally and intellectually.
