Carl Icahn may bring his own brand of activism to Washington.

The billionaire investor is considering funding a political action committee that would seek to advance his ideas. Icahn said he could put $100 million to $150 million of his own money into the PAC, and he has started talking about it with lawyers. He hasn't made any decisions on whether to do it or not.
