Carlyle loses long-time managing director in Europe

Zeina Bain is expected to join European firm ICG later this year

Zeina Bain, a managing director on the London team at Carlyle Group, has left the firm, a spokeswoman for Carlyle confirmed.

Bain has been with Carlyle since 2001 and worked on European buyout deals. She has held board seats on current portfolio companies Atotech, a specialty chemicals company that Carlyle acquired in 2016, and the Innovation Group, a provider of business process outsourcing services and technology for the insurance, fleet management and automotive industries.
