Carmignac, the French investment group, has hired a new co-manager for its flagship bond fund, one of the largest in Europe.

Marie-Anne Allier, formerly head of euro fixed income at French asset manager Amundi, will become co-manager on the €11.9bn Carmignac Securité fund, as well as the smaller Carmignac Portfolio Sécurité.
