Carnegie to offer Russell funds to private clients

Carnegie, the Nordic asset manager and investment bank, has appointed Russell, the multimanager specialist, as a third-party fund provider for its private banking clients.

The Russell products will be offered alongside Carnegie's own products. Carnegie wants to be able to offer the "best of breed" investment choices to its clients and believes a multi-manger fund gives them an advantage. It is the latest private bank to open up to third-party providers as competition increases.
