Categoric Software completes third-round financing

Categoric Software has closed its third round of financing, raising $13.8m.

Nokia Ventures, a $150m venture capital fund that invests in early stage, high-growth companies in e-commerce, IT and communications, was the lead investor. The two other investors were T-Venture, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary, and BancBoston Capital, the private equity arm of FleetBoston Financial Corporation.
