Cathie Wood, the renowned US fund manager, says “there is no doubt” that Tesla boss Elon Musk is the Steve Jobs of his generation — just weeks ahead of a crucial shareholder vote to back his record $56bn pay deal.
“When history books are written about this period, they will identify Elon as the first CEO who really understood the convergences taking place between and among technologies,” Wood told Financial News in a wide-ranging interview.
