Cazenove has made a rare foray into the Scandinavian market as co-lead manager on the flotation of Intrum Justitia, the Swedish debt collector, alongside joint bookrunners Enskilda Securities and Carnegie, the Nordic investment banks.
A spokesman for Intrum Justitia confirmed that the offer could raise up to Skr1.3bn (€142m). He said: "The cash raised will pay off loans from our shareholders and fund acquisitions which will probably be in France or Germany."
