Cboe's revenue rose 10% to $476m in the second quarter, as increased options trading helped buoy the Chicago-based exchange.

Options trading revenue rose 20%, bringing in $238m, on the back of higher volume and related clearing fees. About a third of all options are traded on Cboe.
