Jeffrey Parker, chairman, chief executive and co-founder of CCBN, the US investor relations company that is suing US information service provider Thomson Financial, has alleged that Thomson representatives do not undertstand basic business ethics.

CCBN claims that Thomson Financial, which has two directors on CCBN's board and a 10% stake in the company, breached its fiduciary duty by using confidential information to compete against the firm.
