A former adviser to Tony Blair and a former chief of SVG Advisers will step down from the board, which began a consultation last month to overhaul its business

CDC Group, the government-backed private equity firm, has had its first change of personnel since it begun a consultation last month to overhaul its business.

Arnab Banerji, a former adviser to previous UK prime minister Tony Blair, and Andrew Williams, a former head of one of Europe's biggest private equity investors, are both leaving the board of CDC Group, according to a CDC spokesman.
