CDC Ixis Capital Markets has hired Phoebus Theologites and Emanuele di Stefano as part of its European expansion in the marketing of derivative products.

The French investment bank, a subsidiary of the CDC Ixis Group, has been expanding its European operations this year since integrating the Paris-based debt business of Caisse d'Épargne.
