Center Parcs trades up 5% on offer price

Center Parcs, the UK holiday parks company, has traded up 5% on its offer price during its first day of trading, confirming the success of the innovative structure chosen for the deal.

The company, which raised £245m (€351m) from institutional investors prior to floating on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), saw its offer price of 100p per share jump to 105p at 12.30 GMT on Thursday. This gives it a current market capitalisation of £257m.
