The founder and chief executive of Arrowgrass Capital Partners, the London hedge fund launched by Deutsche Bank traders during the financial crisis, has left the firm to lead its spin-out fintech and lending business, TruFin.
Henry Kenner has joined TruFin as chairman and chief executive, according to a note to the London Stock Exchange today. The note also revealed that Arrowgrass, which acquired TruFin in 2014, will seek to list the business in an initial public offering on the AIM platform this year.
