BMO Private Equity Trust, the listed vehicle run by BMO Global Asset Management, has appointed Baxters Food Group’s chief executive officer Audrey Baxter, and tech company ITG's chairman Tom Burnet, to its board.

The trust said the move is part of a plan to ensure an “orderly succession as directors retire”.
