CFA Institute sees fall in Level I test-takers and pass rate

Of the 73,688 candidates who sat its Level I exam in December, 42% passed

CFA Institute, which runs three notoriously difficult tests for those looking to forge a career in fund management, said 42% of the 73,688 candidates who sat its Level I exam in December passed. A year ago, around 45% of 77,000 passed.
