Tower Research Capital, the high-frequency trading firm founded by former Credit Suisse proprietary trader Mark Gorton, has parted ways with its global chief financial officer.

John Papatsos will leave the company following a transition period, a person with direct knowledge of the matter said. No replacement has been confirmed.
