Lexicon Partners has announced its arrival in the M&A market by working on its first two high-profile deals since launching in the summer.

Its roles in advising CGNU and Glas Cymru shows that the group of defectors from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette made some valuable contacts during their time at the bank.
