Pensions minister Ros Altmann has opposed Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne’s idea of repurposing Individual Savings Accounts for pension savings, by warning they could lead to short-termism.
She told Financial News: "I am on record as saying that I disagree with these proposals - a pension is not an ISA!"
