UK charities, whose boards are often populated with successful financiers and retired City of London veterans, are suffering from "ego clashes" and "poor behaviour" among senior management at a time when they need strong leadership, according to a series of seminars.
A series of seminars which collated opinions of 80 charity experts and consultants, organised by charity think tank New Philanthropy Capital, found some of the UK's 800,000 charities are suffering from limited diversity and ego clashes among senior management.
