Chequers does €300m-worth of deals in a week

Chequers, the French private equity house that spun out of HSBC CCF last year, has clinched its second deal in a week bringing the total €300m ($362m).

Chequers has bought Eurofarad, a French electronic components manufacturer, for €100m from its two founding families and minority shareholders Axa Private Equity, a French buy-out house, and CIC, a French bank.
