Chime Communications, the UK communications company, has hired a new financial adviser and stockbroker in place of WestLB Panmure, after several members of the advisory and broking teams at the German bank quit.
Lord Bell, chairman of Chime Communications, said that two groups of bankers had left WestLB Panmure recently, some to join Numis Securities, and some to join Investec. He said: "All the people who looked after [the account] left."
