China Banking Corporation has appointed Victor Martinez as first vice-president for corporate banking and Ma. Victora Pantaleon as assistant vice-president for the private banking group. Martinez now heads divisions II and III of corporate banking in the institutional banking group, while Pantaleon leads PBG-Greenhills Center. Martinez was most recently the head and senior relationship manager of ANZ Bank's corporate and institutional relationships. Martinez was previously associate vice-president for Citigold Wealth Management Banking.
