The head of China's largest sovereign wealth fund has said he will not invest yet in certain European nations because he feels "extremely unwelcome" there. Lou Jiwei's comments contrast with his close relationship with the City of London, to which he made his first visit in December.
Jiwei, chairman of the China Investment Corporation, a government investment fund with $200bn (â¬134bn) in assets, is in the midst of a tour of the US that mirrors his trip to London last year.
