Former banker Littlewood fined for insider trading

Christian Littlewood, the former Dresdner Kleinwort and Shore Capital banker sentenced in February last year to 40 months in prison for insider dealing, and his wife have been ordered to pay £1.5m in fines by the Financial Services Authority. His wife, Angie, was sentenced to 12 months in custody suspended for two years last February. Family friend Helmy Omar Sa'aid was also found guilty in the case and was sentenced to two years in custody. He was also previously ordered to pay £640,000 for his part in the insider trading ring.
