The former head of Bank of America's investment bank has joined Credit Suisse in a major new role as the Swiss lender continues to shake up its upper ranks.

Christian Meissner, who left Bank of America in September 2018 after seven years in charge, has joined Credit Suisse as co-head of international wealth management investment banking advisory and vice chairman of investment banking. He will co-head the unit with Babak Dastmaltschi.
