The chief executive of Commercial Industrial Finance Corporation has hired two debt bankers from JP Morgan, which he left last year to set up the US-based structured credit investor, to run its international business in London.

Cheryl Boucher, an experienced loan syndications banker, and Ruth Traugott, formerly managing director and head of the technology, media and telecoms debt origination, have joined as senior partners. Both report Peter Gleysteen, CIFC's founder and chief executive.
