Cinven, the European buy-out firm, has beefed up its presence in Continental Europe with the hire of two investment executives for its Frankfurt and Paris office.

The large buy-out specialist has appointed Thierry Célestin as an investment executive in Paris. Célestin was previously in the UK corporate finance division at Lazard, where he focused on the media sector.
