Cinven has promoted a dealmaker and a member of its in-house capital markets group to partner, according to a person familiar with the matter.

The two new partners are Rory Neeson of Cinven's business services investment team and Christopher Anderson, who worked on arranging debt financing for the takeover of Stada Arzneimittel last year, the person said. Both work in the buyout firm's London office, FN's sister publication Private Equity News reports.
