Cinven’s shake-up comes just a month after the London-based PE house said it had raised $14.5bn for its latest flagship fund

Cinven has named three new co-managing partners, sealing succession plans at one of Europe’s largest private equity firms.

Bruno Schick, Jorge Quemada and Supraj Rajagopalan are taking over from private equity veteran Stuart McAlpine, who will become chairman and remain a standing member of the group’s investment committee.
