London losses cost JP Morgan trading day title

Bank of America tops the table after losing money on trading on just three days in the first half of this year

Bank of America has taken JP Morgan's trading crown after losing money on trading on just three days in the first half of this year. JP Morgan dropped down the trading table after racking up $5.8bn in losses at its chief investment office in London.

In 2011 JP Morgan lost money trading on 27 days according to the bank's annual 10k filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
