Lender CIT Group has named Richard Green president of CIT Europe. Green was most recently managing director of CIT Vendor Finance Europe, the lender's business arm that deals with manufacturers, distributors and product resellers. In his new role, he will oversee the European operations of CIT Vendor Finance and CIT Corporate Finance, which provides financial and advisory services to a variety of sectors.
