Citigroup has appointed a financial regulatory specialist to its vast custody and funds services business in Dublin - one of the European cities that could benefit from the bank's plans for Brexit.

Sean Tuffy joins the US bank in the newly-created role of head of market and regulatory intelligence for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo seen by FN.
