Citigroup has named new European leaders in its lending and leveraged finance businesses after the incumbent took a new role at the bank.

Richard Basham, most recently Citi’s head of leverage finance and loans in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has been named head of global capital management for the region, according to a memo sent to staff on April 10 by Philip Drury, the bank’s Emea head of capital markets origination.
