Citigroup chief executive Jane Fraser says bankers who want to balance raising a family with a high-powered finance career should "use me as an example," insisting that flexible working should not be dropped after the pandemic.

Fraser, who became the first woman to lead a major Wall Street bank in March, said that while progress has been made on diversity in the financial sector, there is "a lot more work to do".
