One of Citigroup's top industrials bankers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa has been brought in to strengthen the banks' alternative asset unit in the region.

Dimitrios Georgiou will report to Steve Conway, head of the bank's Emea alternative assets group, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
