Citigroup has named a new European head of treasury and trade solutions – part of its institutional clients group that makes some $2 billion globally each quarter, putting it behind only fixed-income trading in terms of revenue generation.

Ebru Pakcan has been named head of TTS for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a statement from the US bank on November 2. She replaces Rajesh Mehta, who switched to become TTS head for Asia-Pacific in July.
