Citigroup has hired a senior banker from UBS to work with its private equity, sovereign wealth fund, pension and hedge fund clients in Europe.

The US bank has hired Shawn Borisoff to join its global asset managers group as a London-based managing director covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a Citi spokeswoman confirmed.
