Citigroup was the sole investment bank to be named in the top third of UK employers for LGBT equality in a leading annual workplace index, which also singled out one of its directors as a role model.

The Wall Street giant moved up 23 places from its ranking in 2017, and 92 places from 2016, to reach eighth place in Stonewall’s 2018 Top 100 Employers list, the lobby group announced at the end of last month.
