Citi names Greek operating chief

Citi has appointed Emilios Kyriacou as chief operating officer of its Greek banking business. Kyriacou has worked for Citi in Greece for 21 years and, in his new role, will oversee its corporate banking business, exposures and risks. Citi has also put Dimitri Vassilacos in charge of Greek shipping. Vassilacos was most recently head of shipping for the National Bank of Greece.
