Citigroup has made a series of new appointments across its corporate and investment bank, including senior moves in its TMT, financial institutions and M&A divisions.

In a memo sent to staff on January 30 and seen by FN, corporate and investment banking head Raymond McGuire said that Mark Shafir, who had led the technology, media and telecommunications business as well as being co-head of global M&A, will relinquish his TMT role.
