Citi's private bankers will have to start telling their bosses exactly how many calls they make to clients in a bid to boost the fortunes of its wealth management business, according to reports.

Private bankers should be in touch at least once every 90 days and log what was said, the Financial Times reports, under a new performance plan put in place by former Bank of America executive Andy Sieg, who took over the unit in September.
