Citigroup Asset Management (CAM) is aiming to expand its European presence with the recruitment of Ann Roughead from JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management to the new role of global head of product development.

Roughead is to expand CAM's institutional capabilities and implement a product strategy for CAM outside the US.
