One of Citigroup's investment bankers in Paris has left to join the boutique set up by former Lazard star dealmaker Gerardo Braggiotti.

Guillaume de Saint-Seine has left the US investment bank after 11 years to join the French arm of Banca Leonardo. A source close to Citigroup said he had decided to leave for a "lifestyle change". Citigroup and Banca Leonardo declined to comment.
