Citigroup is rebuilding its real estate research team in Europe after a five-year break from the sector, echoing a move made by its investment banking team last June.
Aaron Guy, who was most recently Barclays' sole real estate coverage analyst, and Max Nimmo, who is currently an analyst at Standard Life Investments, will join the bank in March. Citi Research last had a dedicated real estate team in Europe five years ago.
