Citigroup hired four investment bankers from UBS to bolster its energy, power and chemicals business, including Stephen Trauber, who will join as head of global energy investment banking.

In an internal memo reviewed by Dow Jones Newswires, Citigroup's global head of investment banking, Raymond McGuire, announced the new hires to global banking and capital markets origination employees.
