Citigroup Smith Barney has hired four equity research analysts for its newly formed equity research business in Moscow, Russia. The US-based banking group opened the office last May.

Dmitry Vinogradov joins as a director and lead senior Russian country analyst with a focus on the consumer and financials sectors. Prior to joining Citigroup Smith Barney, he spent eight years at UBS.
