Citigroup hires ex-World Bank Moulin

Citigroup has hired a top French civil servant and former World Bank official as its first senior government banker in France. The US bank said the appointment would help it deliver "world class advice" to the French government.

Emmanuel Moulin was previously head of international debt issues at the French Treasury and secretary-general of the Paris Club, the group of rich lending nations which makes loans to the developing world.
