Citigroup has hired a senior JPMorgan banker to lead its debt capital markets business in Europe as the US investment bank continues to shake-up the business.

Rob Cascarino will join Citigroup in the coming week as co-head of DCM for the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a person familiar with the matter. He will lead the team alongside Uday Malhotra, who was previously head of loans and leveraged finance in the region.
