Reed Gomm, European co-head of utilities at Citigroup, has walked out with five of his team in a move to Lexicon Partners, the UK corporate finance advisory boutique.

The departures deprive Citigroup's utilities team of some of its most senior bankers, leaving Jim Long, co-head, to take charge of the now 20-strong team, according to a source at Citigroup.
